SPICY CHEESE POPCORN

Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic salt 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/4 tsp
Hot, freshly popped popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's, ACT II or Vogel) 8 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

Preparation:

  1. Combine butter, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt and onion powder. Toss with popcorn until coated evenly. Place mixture on baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes or until crispy -- stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat evenly.
