Chili powder 2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
Kosher or sea salt 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup
Hot, freshly popped popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's, ACT II or Vogel) 15 cups


  1. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, cayenne and salt. In an extra large bowl, drizzle some olive oil over the popcorn and sprinkle with some of the spices. Toss until the popcorn is coated evenly.
