WHITE TRUFFLE POPCORN

Unsalted butter, melted 4 tbsp
White truffle oil 1 tbsp
Hot, freshly popped popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's, ACT II or Vogel) 15 cups
Cooked bacon, crumbled 8 slices
Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine butter and truffle oil. Drizzle over popcorn, add crumbled bacon and sprinkle with salt. Toss until popcorn is coated evenly.
