CREAMY MUSTARD DILL SAUCE

Butter 1/2 cup
Flour, all-purpose 1/2 cup
Heavy cream 2 cups
Chicken broth 2 cups
Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard64144 871403/4 cup
Dill, fresh chopped 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ground white pepper, to taste  

Preparation:

  1. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and cook gently for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in cream, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
  2. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend well. Heat through. Serve warm.
