Plain yogurt 3 cups
Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup
Garlic, minced 6 cloves
Curry 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Fresh cilantro 1/2 cup
Fresh ginger, grated 2 tsp
Kosher salt 2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste  
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 24
Sweet and Sour Chili Dipping Sauce
La Choy® Sweet & Sour Sauce44300 126902 cups
Red chili sauce with garlic 2 tsp
Fish sauce 2 tsp
Lime juice 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Peanut Sauce
Old fashioned peanut butter 2 cups
La Choy® Soy Sauce44300 126701/2 cup
Red pepper flakes 1 tsp
Grated fresh ginger 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Hot water 1/2 cup

Bibb lettuce 24 large leaves
Shredded carrots 2 cups
Seeded and sliced cucumbers 2 cups
La Choy® Rice Noodles44300 126162 cups
Chopped peanuts 2 cups


  1. In large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, curry, cumin, cilantro, ginger, kosher salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and marinate 2 hours. Grill chicken over medium-high heat. Cool slightly and slice. Keep warm.
  2. Combine all ingredients for Sweet Dipping Sauce. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients for Peanut Sauce. Set aside.
  4. To serve, arrange lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, La Choy® Rice Noodles, peanuts and chicken on platter. Serve sauces separately.
