Pears on a Cloud

Portion Size: 1 each

Ingredients: SKU: Measure:
Pears, sliced, canned 4 slices
Pound cake, cut into 1-inch thick slices 1
Raw sugar as needed
Reddi-wip® 70272 48123
French vanilla ice cream 2 (#16) scoops
JHS® Sweet Cream Caramel Dulce De Leche 27000 10730 ¼ cup
Fresh mint 1 sprig

Preparation:

  1. On grill, in center of cooking grate, grill pear slices 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Place pound cake on grill cooking grate; cook each side 2 minutes, or until grill marks appear; remove and set aside.
  2. Dip a margarita glass in water then into raw sugar to garnish edge. Place Reddi-wip® whipped cream into bottom of glass. Top with a slice of pound cake, ice cream, pears and JHS® topping
  3. Sprinkle top with raw sugar. Garnish with mint.
