| Pound cake, cut into 1-inch thick slices | 1 | |
| Raw sugar | as needed | |
| Reddi-wip® | 70272 48123 | |
| French vanilla ice cream | 2 (#16) scoops | |
| JHS® Sweet Cream Caramel Dulce De Leche | 27000 10730 | ¼ cup |
| Fresh mint | 1 sprig |
Preparation:
- On grill, in center of cooking grate, grill pear slices 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Place pound cake on grill cooking grate; cook each side 2 minutes, or until grill marks appear; remove and set aside.
- Dip a margarita glass in water then into raw sugar to garnish edge. Place Reddi-wip® whipped cream into bottom of glass. Top with a slice of pound cake, ice cream, pears and JHS® topping
- Sprinkle top with raw sugar. Garnish with mint.
