Preparation:
- Using package directions, pre-make enough Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa to get through your shift. Make sure to use hot water to mix with the Swiss Miss® mix. You will need to prepare far enough in advance to chill the mix thoroughly.
- Pull 6 oz martini glass.
- Rim the glass with water, then Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa.
- Put ice into a martini shaker.
- Add Kahlua and Swiss Miss® mix to martini shaker. Shake vigorously.
- Strain into martini glass.
