Bailey's ‘N Chocolate Cream

Ingredients: SKU: Measure:
Bailey's Irish Cream 2 oz.
JHS® Chocolate Syrup 27000 22800 1¼ oz.
Vanilla ice cream 2 cups
Reddi-wip® 70272 48123 as needed
Chocolate shavings 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

  1. Pull 20 oz. wine glass. Rim with JHS® Chocolate syrup.
  2. Combine Bailey's Irish Cream, JHS® Chocolate Syrup and ice cream in blender.
  3. Blend until well mixed.
  4. Pour contents of blender into glass. Top with Reddi-wip®.
  5. Using a knife and chocolate block, shave chocolate shavings over Reddi-wip®.
