Sweet Tangy Buffalo Wings

Ingredients: SKU: Measure:
Hunts® Open Range Hickory Flavored BBQ Sauce 27000 38561 4½ qts.
Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard 64144 87140 2 cups
Honey 2 cups
Ground Red Pepper 3 tablespoons
Chicken wings, raw 6 lbs
PAM® Saute & Grill Spray 64144 63111 as needed

Preparation:

  1. Combine Hunt's® BBQ sauce, Gulden's® mustard, honey and red pepper; blend well. Remove 4 cups of sauce and reserve for later.
  2. Mix sauce with chicken wings and coat well, let marinate under refrigeration for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
  3. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spray sheet pan with PAM® cooking spray. Drain wings and place in single layer on sheet pan. Bake 1 hour turning after 30 minutes or until 170°F.
  4. Remove from oven and brush with reserved BBQ sauce.
