Sweet Tangy Buffalo Wings

| Honey | 2 cups | |
| Ground Red Pepper | 3 tablespoons | |
| Chicken wings, raw | 6 lbs | |
| PAM® Saute & Grill Spray | 64144 63111 | as needed |
Preparation:
- Combine Hunt's® BBQ sauce, Gulden's® mustard, honey and red pepper; blend well. Remove 4 cups of sauce and reserve for later.
- Mix sauce with chicken wings and coat well, let marinate under refrigeration for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
- Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spray sheet pan with PAM® cooking spray. Drain wings and place in single layer on sheet pan. Bake 1 hour turning after 30 minutes or until 170°F.
- Remove from oven and brush with reserved BBQ sauce.
