Introducing New Rosarita(R) Fire Roasted Salsa and Reformulated Salsa Line

For Immediate Release

OMAHA, Neb. (December 17, 2012) – ConAgra Foodservice has added new Rosarita Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa to its line of authentic, on-trend flavorful salsas. New Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa boasts excellent visual appeal with visible fire roasted tomatoes and vibrant green vegetables, and the unique taste meets patron demands for bold flavors. Rosarita Salsas provide Operators the opportunity to capitalize on the growing “fire roasted trend” with minimal back-of-house effort.*

The Rosarita salsa portfolio has also been reformulated to offer improved color, heightened texture and taste, now out-performing the competition. Featuring premium, fresh California tomatoes and locally grown vegetables including jalapenos and onions packed in peak season, Rosarita salsas are all natural, with no artificial preservatives or thickeners. All Rosarita salsas are certified Kosher and contain 0g of trans fat per serving. The gentle, small batch processing maintains the integrity of the ingredients, with packaging that is easy to handle and store.
“We are constantly working to improve and expand our product offerings,” said Cindy Bombacino, Director, Marketing for ConAgra Foodservice. “We use only the highest quality ingredients in Rosarita salsas, and we are committed to providing only the best for our foodservice Operators.”
From traditional spices to an on-trend, fire roasted kick, ConAgra Foodservice is proud to offer this newly refreshed and expanded line of patron-pleasing Rosarita salsas.
